We accept applications for Outdoor Education Naturalist throughout the year. Our Fall semester employment beings in early September. Our spring semester usually starts in late February and continues until the first week of June. We begin our hiring process for Summers in early January. Please contact us at that time if interested in a summer camp position!

Skills Training

Opportunities are provided for additional training in Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, horseback riding, target sports, and/or adventure education. You will be paid to learn these valuable skills.

Senior Counselor
$180 - $220/wk
Specialists needed for photography, swim lessons, sports, naturalist, and creative arts.

$1,800 – $2200 for 10 weeks; $180–$220/wk

Counselors are Professional Role Models for campers aged 7-16. Ideal candidates are prepared to have the best summer of their life! Counselors are responsible for the safety and well-being of all campers. The Summer Staff work as a team to help each other plan activities, big games, and events.

$270 – $300 weekly (March-May & September-November)
Instructors teach classes and lead programs with our Outdoor Education groups. Classes are taught based on Ohio State Standards. Staff training is provided as well as the opportunity to stay on for Summer Staff.
